Shipping
We ship from Poznan, Poland using FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT and other reliable courier services.
- United States: typical transit time is 4-7 business days after dispatch. US orders are duty-paid by GG Workshop where import duties apply.
- Canada: typical transit time is 4-10 business days after dispatch. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or customs charges may apply.
- European Union: typical transit time is 2-5 business days after dispatch. EU orders are duty-paid / customs-cleared by GG Workshop where applicable.
- Australia, the United Kingdom and other destinations: transit time varies by country and selected service. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or customs charges may apply.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and parcel size.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment. Tracking is sent by email or SMS after dispatch.
Returns and warranty
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
GG Workshop provides a 2-year warranty on the metal frame of GG Workshop armrests. Cushion, pad, upholstery and other soft-contact consumable parts are excluded from warranty.
