GG Workshop provides a 2-year warranty on the metal frame of GG Workshop armrests. Cushion, pad, upholstery and other soft-contact consumable parts are excluded from warranty.
NO. There are a lot of "similar" products on the market (hell, just like in any other field🙄). But we don't give a damn about it. Seriously, you can make the same armrest in your garage if you want. We do not mind (we can even share our experience). But it's always a question of quality or price. We have been making armrests since 2016 and we guarantee the quality, we also have a PATENT for the armrests XL and XXL. The same about "similar" stores. It's up to you. Just check sellers carefully before buying 😉

I have only used the Chair once but I noticed a difference in my back pain! After 3 hours of tattooing I am normally stiff and aching like crazy but after 3 hours using this chair I didn’t have that problem. I also love that you can use the back as a rest for your elbows which really helps support me as I have Elher Danlos syndrome and fibromyalgia which can cause me to be in significant discomfort when I’m working but being able to rest my arms while working is a huge help.
Not to mention it is absolutely beautiful!
I’ve been using my new chair now for around a month 8-10hrs a day on average. The position of be chair gets you in has greatly reduced the stress and discomfort on my lower back. Easy to clean and assemble. Absolutely recommend this chair for anyone stuck in a seated position for long duration!
Man, before getting this chair, my back would be hurting after about 3-4 hours. Now I can do 6-8 hour tattoo and feeling like I can keep going. This is the best investment I’ve made for myself!
Needed to replace my chair and decided to try this one out. I love that I can sit in it different ways and use the back support/arm rest as needed. My only complaint is the back support is only tightened using a screw, so sometimes it can go down if you lean too much. Would be perfect if it was adjustable with notches or something similar to gym equipment. Great chair overall tho!
I love my chair so much, it’s saved my back and neck! I used to get migraines after a full day of tattooing, now I just rest my elbows on the chest rest and it relieves so much pressure from my body!
Loooove this chair. Really easy to assemble didnt need instructions. Its all self explanatory. Its quite a wide fit seat which I like. Good material and feels really smooth while moving about. I only didnt give a 5 star review as they used FedEx and pretty sure its a scam as I got an email saying I needed to pay £70 in customs fees. This also happened to my colleague but he paid it. I didnt pay but I had already received my package by then but wouldnt have paid it anyway so just be careful of potential scam with their courier.

Shipping was handled incorrectly, but also the way it was package wasn’t efficient, and it lead to a damaged product. The base is scraped up. Still awaiting for a solution. I asked for a base replacement since it was the only piece that was scraped.
Great turnaround time for the arrival of the tattoo stool. Nice padded seating and front rest. Seat raises and lowers with ease, and the latch that raises and lowers the front rest locks into place securely. I love the webbed pattern,the gorgeous color and the quality for thr price I paid! I highly recommend this piece of furniture as an addition to your daily grind!

The height selection for the stool seat is great, it goes low enough and high enough for what I need. This is a great addition to the tattoo studio!
The Tattoo Artist Chair V3 arrived very well packaged and in great condition. Assembly was fast and simple. The color and style is exactly as pictured on the website. The chair works perfectly for a nail technician to help prevent back strain. Delivery took a few more days than expected due to US customs, but GG Workshop provided everything that was additionally requested by customs I received the chair in a timely manner. I will definitely purchase other products if I have a need. I highly recommend this chair!
Still don't have my product after many many weeks and MULTIPLE contacts with both fed-ex and gg. The lack of prioritizing their customer service to resolve the issue is ridiculous. Already paid for my chair, haven't received it due to customs, and have not been issued a refund or a solution to shipping issue.
I love, the chair so far. Setup was pretty easy which is fortunate as no assmbly instructions were provided. Unfortunately I am deducting one star only because two of the bolts did not line up with the pre-drilled holes so I will have to drill new holes myself to assura both the seat and backrest remain secure.
This chair does not adjust high enough. I can’t use it for many tattooing applications because it’s so low to the ground at its highest setting. Dissatisfied to pay such an expensive price for an incapable product
This chair is well built, comfortable, easy to clean and sturdy. You get what you pay for and this was definitely worth the price. The design is a huge plus!
The chair was a gift for my wife who’s a nail tech. It is beautiful, she gets compliments on it and the wheels are great. Her one comment & reason she gives 4 out of 5 stars is the back piece at times comes unscrewed and comes down requiring frequent retightening.
It was easy to put the pieces together. The wheels are very smooth which makes it perfect to move around. A bit pricey, therefore I hope I’ll keep it a long time!
Love the chair soo much. Im a licensed nail tech and it saves me from back pain because i sit for such long hours. My only complaint is i would say is the adjustment part to tighten the top of the back rest kept loosening on its own but besides that its an amazing chair thank you !

I love the aesthetic of the chair. Its well made. however it has a few minor flaws. The part u rest u arms on CAN slide down if u dont tighten it hard hard. the arm rest also moves from side to side and makes noises from the weight of ur arms on it.
its also kinda not that compact. its a bigger chair. but maybe bc im on the smaller side. putting it together a few screws would not line up had to use longer better screws so for the priceeee. ehh not sure if id purchase again.
